Stones Throw x Swamps & Bridges

On Friday September 12th, me and Drendo had the pleasure to be a part of the Stones Throw party in SF brought to you my ant marshall, mighty, segue, and infin8 sync as a part of the independent artist week. What people didn’t know was that i was sick from the day before, but who can pass this up!?

For those who don’t know, Peanut Butter wolf is a DJ/Hiphop producer who formed Stones Throw Records. Stones Throw Records released Underground Classics from Quasimoto, MF DOOM, Mad Lib, and JayLib (J Dilla and Mad Lib). to find out more about Stones Throw and Peanut Butter Wolf visit (www.stonesthrow.com)

The event itself was amazing! from the several large screen projections to the music to the live painting. And lets not forget about the crowd…IT WAS PACKED! met alot of cool people. J Rocc and Peanut Butter wolf put on a good show. LOTS of old school hip hop spun and mixed with ALL the music videos along with it. it was crazy. all of it done with me and Drendo throwing down on our paintings.

we left a little early…well, around 1-2 am. ahah. i didn’t know it was going to last till like 3am.
but special thanks to Mighty, Lyricist Lounge, Infin8 Sync, the wonder twins, Dania (who threw down live paint on shirts), Meen Photography for the amazing photos, Peanut Butter Wolf and JRocc for providing the sick sounds all night.

What September is looking like…

so far this month is looking good.
i’m looking forward to some new events with Swamps & Bridges (one in SF, then we take it down to Socal at the end of the month)

come and support this event out because it was put together by Vallejo music artist, ASON. the first of many.

then comes Sights and Sounds put together by the much respected Simbulan down in Cathedral City.
This will be my second event down there and the first was CRACKIN! so SOCAL COME OUT! dope ass art and dope ass music:

also this month, the opening of the boutique: MEDIUM RARE in SF will be opening. so check that out on ocean ave. When you walk into the fitting room there will be a sick mural by Swamps & Bridges.
